- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This department is HORRIBLE! These officers are so rude, ignorant and abuse their power! My situation is just too long to get into. So I will make this short. All you have to do is just call the Amherst police station and you will see problem #1! The way they answer the phone is like we are a bother and that they hate the world. Then when you try to make a complaint they either won't transfer you to the head department or they seriously hang up on You! Something needs to be done! God forbid there is actually I crime any where because they have NO clue on anything other than writing tickets! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE TOWN OF AMHERST!!°By Sara, January 15, 2018
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This review was long overdue as my days usually get consumed very quickly. I just wanted to ensure I gave praise were praise was earned. Back before Christmas I took my Rolex to here just to get it fixed as there really is no where else in the Buffalo area to repair these. Even though the watch was not purchased from them they were great to me from the moment I walked in. Due to the warranty through Rolex they had to send the watch out which was absolutely understandable. When they called me I was told me that the issue was not covered under warranty and they were going to pick up the tab of $79 to repair the broke piece. When I went in to pick up the watch I asked them where I could take the watch to get appraised for insurance reasons and they said they could do it for me there at no cost. This was huge as when I was in NYC at the Rolex store they told me that it would cost me around $250-$300 to appraise it for me. All in all one of the best experiences I have had in a retailer in a while. Ill be back to spend money. Thanks again.By nate s, September 20, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been with this branch for under a year due to my old bank closing. I like having M&T bank as my bank but this office is horrible. My bad experiences go to one person in particular, the secretary or information desk lady. When I first opened my account there she was actually the one who set up both of my accounts. It took her so long that it ate up my hour lunch break and made me late going back to work. Can I just mention how unfriendly and unhelpful she was? Next bad experience, I had to deposit cash and the line behind me kept building up as there was one teller on the floor and I watched 2 other tellers gossiping with each other as the one girl struggled. Last bad experience, last week I went to the bank on a Saturday just to see what I'll need to be pre-approved for an auto loan. I went to the lady at the information counter and very friendly and nicely asked the steps I needed to take to get a loan. She was not friendly back, hands me a business card and sends me on my way. She not only didn't help me but gave me the wrong business card and the guy I messaged had no clue what I got his card. Long story short, the lady at the information desk is horrible and ruined my experience for this band location.By Justin Randall, September 14, 2017
