- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆KEY BANK in Buffalo is terrible and rude! Don't listen to any representatives in KEY BANK. If they make a mistake and quit the job, who will be responsible? NOBODY! I followed one representative's recommendation and I got fee. I complained. Then,Key bank manager said that he quit the bank and fee is not fully refundable. They said that it is my fault since I did not check my account. Who the hell checks saving account every moment? Their service is TERRIBLE!! They stole my money with HIGH FEE!!
