- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Received a letter, my PayPal account had gone to collections. Confirmed that this was true with PayPal. ACI offered almost a 50% deduction if I payed today. This company is real and not a scam. As a creditor, they receive false information from their clients sometimes. If you ARE in debt and receive a letter from ACI, call the original credit company and confirm that they sold your account to ACI first. If so, make the payment. It's worth it.
