- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been with this branch for under a year due to my old bank closing. I like having M&T bank as my bank but this office is horrible. My bad experiences go to one person in particular, the secretary or information desk lady. When I first opened my account there she was actually the one who set up both of my accounts. It took her so long that it ate up my hour lunch break and made me late going back to work. Can I just mention how unfriendly and unhelpful she was? Next bad experience, I had to deposit cash and the line behind me kept building up as there was one teller on the floor and I watched 2 other tellers gossiping with each other as the one girl struggled. Last bad experience, last week I went to the bank on a Saturday just to see what I'll need to be pre-approved for an auto loan. I went to the lady at the information counter and very friendly and nicely asked the steps I needed to take to get a loan. She was not friendly back, hands me a business card and sends me on my way. She not only didn't help me but gave me the wrong business card and the guy I messaged had no clue what I got his card. Long story short, the lady at the information desk is horrible and ruined my experience for this band location.By Justin Randall, September 14, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I open a new account and my card was sent to an old address that i haven't lived at in 3 years. I still haven't gotten my card. Then my paycheck is supposed to go to my account every friday. Is it on there? Nope! Such a bad company seriously.
